What is Interim Management?

The Institute of Interim Management defines interim management as “the provision of effective business solutions by an independent, board or near-board level manager, over a finite time span. Such complex solutions may include change, transformation and turnaround management, business improvement, crisis management and strategy development. Interim managers are often experienced in multiple sectors and disciplines.”

What Interim Solutions do we offer?

Marketing Dimensions can provide Interim Consultants, who can either work on a series of projects for a client or fill in for a senior manager or director who has left an organisation, such as an Interim Sales Director, Interim Commercial Director or Interim Marketing Director.

If you are interested in what an Interim could offer you, we will listen to your needs, producing a comprehensive proposal outlining the issues you are facing and how we can work together to develop appropriate solutions.

These solutions may be determined by the client to be either inside, or outside of IR35 legislation, depending upon the contract agreed and the working practices required during the project. More information can be found here.

A schedule of services, together with a Work Schedule will always be agreed, identifying project milestones and dates of completion.  Progress reports will be provided throughout the assignment, to maintain clear communication.  During each assignment, Marketing Dimensions carries out regular reviews of the deliverables and provides update reports to make sure that we deliver exactly what we have contracted to do, on time and to budget.
