A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and a Chartered Marketer, Caroline has repeatedly demonstrated that she can quickly apply her project management, research and analytical skills to different market sectors, always producing innovative and cost-effective solutions.
An experienced and passionate marketer, with a love of using data and analysis to understand the customer and meet their requirements profitably. Having worked as an employee, consultant and interim director, she is flexible and adaptable and used to assessing situations and providing practical solutions and guidance to marketing and sales teams and to senior executives.
She provides strategic marketing consultancy services to the Higher Education sector – including increasing student recruitment and retention, digital transformation, new product development, CRM, business continuity and integrated marketing communications.

Always seeking opportunity and managing change, Nigel simplifies complex situations and generates value for our clients and their customers. As a result of his tireless focus on doing more with less, his past clients grow profitable sales and achieve market thought leadership.
Nigel is recognised for getting things done and complementing existing staff and management. He is passionate about overcoming challenges and encouraging people to grow their contribution within an organisation with improvements in skills and confidence.
