The Institute of Interim Management defines interim management as “the provision of effective business solutions by an independent, board or near-board level manager, over a finite time span. Such complex solutions may include change, transformation and turnaround management, business improvement, crisis management and strategy development. Interim managers are often experienced in multiple sectors and disciplines.”

Typically we offer solutions in

  • General management – commercial or operational turnarounds
  • Development or restructuring of a marketing or sales team
  • Marketing strategies and plans developed through research
  • Student recruitment using an integrated approach
  • The launch of a new product or service
  • Growth of sales through a sales director or business development manager
  • Improvement of quality assurance and customer satisfaction
  • Business continuity planning

How would an interim manager work with you?

If you are interested in what an interim could offer you, we would listen to your needs and produce a comprehensive proposal that would outline the issues you are facing and how we can work together to develop appropriate solutions.

A schedule of services, together with a programme plan would be agreed identifying project milestones and dates of completion.  Progress reports would be provided throughout the assignment, to maintain clear communication.  During each interim assignment, we carry our regular reviews of the deliverables and provide regular update reports to make sure that we deliver exactly what we have contracted to do.
